The attorney's thinking was that the overlap between Americans with Disability Act and the MMJ laws has not been litigated and while he would love to argue it on my behalf, I would likely not want to pay the legal fees to defend the clause.

I know there are some fees that can be exempted if you have a certain disability status, etc.
