Recommendations for a remote lock system for vacation property

I recenty purchased a condo in a beach resort and we are wanting to rent it.  I am wondering if there are any remote lock systems that do not require a internet connection? I found a site called Erental locks, but cannot find any reviews, other then whats on their site.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I use a shlage with an apple tv as the interface through wifi. I can set and delete user codes anywhere I have a cell or wifi connection.

I am sure there are even better systems out there.
