It wasn't a home run, but it's quite profitable and I have learned a ton from the experience.I found it through an MLS portal (MLS Box), and set up an appointment to view it the next day.

It should be a great way to meet local investors, and learn how to get my foot in the door for house hacking, and use that as a portal to work towards BRRR.

Some may want you to call so they can ask questions and find the best product, but I bet several have online portals where you can enter everything and get a quote without talking to anyone.

Their fees were higher than I would have liked but their online portal was fantastic.
