That’s alarming

I have a ca. 1908 multi-family in Portland area and it has averaged about $1600/yr in general maintenance/ repair (includes replacing a number of windows, trim repair, smoke alarm replacements, batteries, bulbs, paint...etc.) + $45/mo.

I've been running through books and podcasts at a alarming rate for about a year as I save and build credit.

I think it is a group of interested individuals, some with experience, others interested in building thief first deal. 

Assuming she wants an additional pet deposit, I would say she smelled or saw something alarming and it caused her to wake up and do what she should have done years ago.

While it seems like this has been a problem for a while in Baltimore, the news has likely alarmed people.  

Big warning alarms going off on that one.So based on that conversation I may have a water lien about to be filed against the place and I have grounds for violation of the disclosure agreement which I could use to reverse the sale or suit for the cost of the repair of the water line if I file suit against the seller in the next few days.Then it was "The previous landlord told us it was fine to say here and not pay rent to watch over the place against vandalism so we really should not have to pay rent.

This problem was brought up in another landlord forum, the landlord dealt with it by disguising the cameras in smoke alarms, fire extinguisher boxes and exit signs.  

I however bought a 2013 Ford Fiesta in 2013. it was like $13K brand new, but its manual transmission, manual windows, no CD player, no alarm, no automatic locks etc.

This month is fire alarm month where every one will be checked.At the end of the day, you have a considerable investment in a property, so I find it very odd when so many people then try and avoid their own properties!
