Hi all,Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable gardener with good communication that can kill weeds around my rental in Palm Desert quarterly?  

So I hire professional gardeners to take of my properties.

Purchase price: $4,187,000 53 total units (53 - 2bd/1ba 900sf Garden Style) The B class residential areas that these properties are located give a family community feel.

Both have pools and close to the festivals and tennis gardens.

I would solely be interested for the purpose of hunting and maybe a garden.

I have a STR in Myrtle Beach area (Garden City/Murrells Inlet).

My thought is to combine both baths, put a proper shower in place of the tub, a garden tub next to that, then one vanity/sink, then the toilet closest to the "external guest door."

Provide garden beds for tenants!
