and they were both in that 50 mil net worth category.. one had a money manager do everything for them.. the other handled everything but his tax return.The other had not one but 2 Ferraris one at his Napa home and one in La Quinta ... and had a net jet subscription.. ( that was always nice when he sent the jet for me for meetings LOL)  nice cars anyone can buy.. that does not mean diddly you see all sorts of nice car's in apartment complex's and in the Hood's of the mid west  :)  I just keep driving my Hyundai !

I currently have eight units and I'm trying to figure out what the best way forward with a management system that isn't Quickbooks because I feel like it has too many features we don't need and is too expensive for us with the subscription.

A great source to find property owners by area (and by quantity owned) is to use the online source: findcashbuyersnow.comThere is a subscription fee but Kent Clothier is known very well known in the industry and this tool has been well vetted by providers across the country.
