So I am very sensitive to not having someone full time while work is performed, we don't have the cams in this rental, we no longer need a nanny.  

I am looking for help on a sensitive issue.

And as a safe-guard, find someone you can use as a regularly-scheduled accountability partner to review these indicators and whether you are abiding by your own contract...because one of the biggest signs of going off the rails is not trusting ourselves and betraying our own word.

So, while I'm going to curb my hyper sensitivity and passive aggressive nature for the sake of a public forum that I do respect, will you please try not to come across as snarky? 

This went right over subfloor- but it can be sensitive to height differences at connections and gaps. 

Licenses aren't designed to give an investor an edge for their own pursuits; they are designed to "help" the public market their properties, negotiate terms,  and set up escrow to safeguard their funds.

The difference is over time I have hammered that nerve so that it's not so sensitive anymore, and every time I do, it gets a little easier. 

It really could just be they are more sensitive to the water.
