Ideally I think I would like to have a bunch of investors putting their money into a pot, so to speak, that I can just pull from when I need it to buy a hot deal.

They all had to be perfectly clean and totally clutter free [not even a coffee pot on the counter] to look anything less than totally filthy.

I dare say a strong financial foundation helps remove the money problem which is a huge relationship pot hole, best avoided.
