Question for professional property managers - Whenever my maintenance team does a repair or move out inspection, what is the easiest way to share before/after photos along with any invoices?

Could be as simple as 1099s and direct invoices or as complex as tiered incentive structures and an official payroll with payroll taxes and all that comes with it. 

Good Morning, We are just switched Property Management Companies as a result of a sizeable financial invoice dispute (that was not provided an estimate) and working without a licensed contractor, account credits that were taken back, and pulling money out of our bank account with out notification.

But we keep it pretty simple - just using it to track tenants (customers), create invoices and receive payments, balance the bank account, etc.

The manager should invoice the LLC company for his time and any supplies

If you have their email address or mailing address, you can email them or send an invoice in which case they can make the payment via check or credit card.The reason i wouldn't use Quickbooks if you are also looking for a PM software, is becuase a PM software may allow the tenant to put in 'repair requests.
