Starting a wholesaling business

Anthony Taylor
Posted

Hi guys I need some help structuring or understanding how to run and manage a wholesaling business. My plan is as follows

1.Get llc

2.Build a team (lead manager, acquisition and dispositions managers, cold callers)

3. Manage business 2-4 hours each day.

Questions:

What systems are successful wholesalers using

What systems should I have in play

How does payroll work? if up to me do I hire an accountant to pay them?

I plan on getting PropStream with team add on.

What other softwares/systems should I have?

I am familiar with Salesforce/leftmain and work for as acquisition.

Could someone help me understand how to structure and maintain a healthy business?

Why don't you see if you have what it takes to put one deal together first. You'll probably have to invest more time that you're anticipating. You might want to get some idea of the metrics involved - how many leads to get to one seller, how many sellers do you have to meet with to get one under contract, how many contracts before you have a deal you can actually find a buyer to close for you, what sort of income you can expect per deal that closes... These are rather important things to learn so you know whether you can afford to have this team, software, LLC....

ADP or Paychex can do your payrolls, if you ever get there.
