I would bring all knob circuits into a new 100/200 panel and add new circuits to kitchen (min 2/20amp) and baths (min1/20amp)  Also 20 amp cicuits to garage basement or outdoor areas (all grounded). 

They've built a "town square" with an outdoor skating rink in the winter and a local theater has opened up near by. 

Don't let him put it on the lawn or anywhere else that would damage the yard but definitely keep it outdoors. 

We purchase homes to rent and expect renters to mow the grass so we like to provide some storage. we just purchased a house without any outdoor storage and were wondering if you guys know of a lower cost solution than home depot/lowes.

The property has the separate zoning because the owner was wanting to conduct outdoor events and the City wanted to place a greenway easement on the property, thus they agreed to rezone that piece.It seems to me since the improvement piece of the property, the main collateral, the house is zoned residential then the appraiser and lender would deem the purchase as residential.I'm not sure if convincing can be made otherwise or if a different appraiser/lender could come to a different conclusion.This property would not meet commercial lending requirements.

NO Junk.No storage of personal property is permitted outdoors that is not a bike or picnic table type furniture. 

You can barely hear our outside unit when standing a few feet away from it, as opposed to being able to hear the outdoor units several homes down, especially when they cycle on.

Minor selling points are having more space and privacy, a streaming HDTV, bbq grill, and outdoor recreational areas.
