Hello, I am trying to understand the Build-to-rent space, specifically I am looking for a directory of build-to-rent providers and maybe some pros / cons to this investing style.   

Roof seems ok depending on the roof style, but HVAC and plumbing also seem low at first glance.

For example, if an ESA is done and it finds substantial environmental contamination on the grounds, then it might not make sense to do the deal.

This is at a minimum an 8 to 12 year payoff, perhaps20 if you used cash to fund your life style.

Now I'm thinking I agreed too soon and moved too quickly while it actually takes longer for the seller to fix some environmental issues and now two months later.

Pick a TEAM that best meets your style, your interests, that is actively DOING what you want to do, know, learn, master.

If it’s a SF then compare bedroom/bath, square footage, style of house (1 or 2 story, basement yes or no) age, etc.

These products aren't typically "DSCR" style instead they are more like non-QM DTI-based products

I found a number that I thought might have potential, but they are really just real estate groups mostly advertising listings for people doing BRRR style flips.

Don’t like to kill things, vegan/animal rights community, green or environmentally friendly community, natural/organic/anti pesticide community, or simply because it’s a better home building design.
