Yes, if the agent is dragging their feet, by all means, bypass them with a cover letter explaining their agent isn't being cooperative, I'd put a cc on that cover letter to the RE Commission and my attorney.

I agree with the comments above.....I wouldn't mind owning buildings next door to each other, but you need to price it using the C/C- cap rate which should be higher....
