Assuming five-eight hours to get the facts straight and draft and file a complaint in Superior court - you are out $2,000-$3,000 before you have begun your litigation "journey."

My partner and I have begun our mailing campaign with hand addressed personal letters to our people of interest...except we are getting stuck on the actual mailing process.Do we use First Class or Standard Mail?
