Verifying Calculations on BRRRR Properties in the Orlando Area

Hello all,

My apologies if this question has already been answered in a prior forum post, but I could not find any straightforward answer. I've recently begun my real estate pursuits in the Central Florida area, and am wondering how I might confirm my BiggerPockets numbers in my BRRRR calculations are indeed correct. My partner and I are quite new to investing and are not confident in our numbers. How were you able to confirm your numbers on your real estate investments when you first started out?

Would love some clarity on this issue, or a helping hand to confirm my calculations are correct for the properties I am interested in. The last thing I want to do is make a crucial calculation error that could've been avoided on my first real estate investment. Thanks in advance for your help, and advice.

Best Regards,

Charles St. James
