However, I was finally able to go in and fix all of the cob job patches the old landlord did.  

We have tried multiple strategies to get our patching done.

Everything coming out of the breakers was updated, but they must have left some in the walls to the second floor where it was hard to get to and patched into it.  

I personally like Peerstreet and Patch of Land.

A couple years ago it costed me $500 or so plus the materials on a 1400 square foot house and he also patched a few holes.  

The few patches of real estate big enough in Indianapolis for their parking lot alone would be one of the shuttered old malls.

I thought that April 2013 would have been my prediction for when this bond market would crash as the round 2 of fiscal cliff talks would probably take a little longer to patch a deal together.

The property is only 2 years old, everything is in decent condition, however there are some scuff marks on the walls and a few walls need to be patched with spackling paste to fill smalls holes from nails, etc.

Like any city it has it's rough patches for sure but all in all I really like the scene as a whole.

agree with @Joshua Poitras 100% correct - you touch too much of the building sq footage and get ready to add at least 30k for a sprinkler and patching all their holes in your ceiling (if you can even salvage it at that point)long form vs. short form  - you only need a short form.
