I started an instagram documenting my journey with our beach house in Ocean City and it has also helped me get booked a number of times since I also do promotions when I dont think Ill get booked.

@Michael Quarles main channels are Youtube, Instagram, Podcast, Blog, everyone consumes information differently so you need to reach all these people.

So no I don't have any scripts or anything else to offer anyone except for some of my antidotal tales of yesteryear. 

This is not a recipe for success...If nothing else, at least this thread provides a great cautionary tale...

There inst a printer I know of that prints a full bleed...

Bottom line:If you have money to invest in your business and you are not investing in Youtube, Instagram, and Facebook, you are missing out on a lot of potential customers.If I can help in any other way please let me know.

I'd most definitely take you up on your offer and work my tale off to make it worth your time too.Great experiences are not to be taken for granted but to be well appreciated.

From the description, sounds like it is not a middle to upperclass area, therefore buyers there may expect to have a few junkers and clunkers around.Great feedback on ideas from others, I particularly like getting info on recent buyers and taling to neighbors.
