The loan officer might not have been completely truthful with you upfront.There is a huge difference between going with Rocket's retail division and a broker when it comes to pricing.

We were trying to diversify our revenue before the bottom eventually dropped out.So we have been pushing hard to start our new division and thankfully we have everything we need (except customers and advertising dollars), but our savings have run dry.Our overhead is significant, and we have been operating at a loss for several months.We are selling our rental house to get the equity out, and are sure that it will buy us enough time to get our revenue back up to par.

I see you're in GA like me, try CB&T (commercial division, they'll let you sign personally but put the mortage in the LLCs name).  

I've found it helps to keep everything on track and is a major help if you have any sort of team or division of labour (same inspection no matter who or where it's done). 

I have a particular interest in residential sustainable cluster divisions, but more importantly, I am looking to gain experience in the development sector.

Plus.... more currently, politics have gotten super divisive, and the people who are getting squeezed the most right now are lower income renters.
