Real Estate Development Experience

I am looking to gain experience in real estate development. I have a particular interest in residential sustainable cluster divisions, but more importantly, I am looking to gain experience in the development sector. I currently own and am working on my own 73 acre Open Space Residential Development, but my primary goal at this time is to learn the ropes.
