Never used one in 20 years, and I've avoided all the expense of setting them up, costs of maintaining them and the cumbersome and convoluted administrative aspects of operating with them.But I must admit I have missed all the benefits of being able to hobnob with those pretending to be players by showing off my all my LLCs.

The initial training is a 12 week program where each new investor will be told to set up an infrastructure of a legal entity, business cards, phone numbers, web pages and miscellanea, to pretend to be a real estate investor, because all this, will not really make anybody a real estate investor.

I don't see any licensing or compliance information on their website, which is the first thing I look for when a HML calls/mails/etc for my referral business - I'm checking out their website while politely nodding "uh huh" to their intro pitch, and just hang up if they aren't even bothering to pretend to be compliant.

That's all wholesaling is, it's brokering real estate except instead of being up front & telling the distressed seller that you'll sell their property for X amount & take X amount as your commission / fee you are taught to lie to the seller & pretend you are going to buy the property while you secretly attempt to "assign" your contract.It doesn't work.
