I have learned over the years that internet forums bring a lot of like minded people together, however being "online" with a hint of being anonymous, there tends to be a bit more harshness to what it said, than you might encounter in person.

If it breaks I'm sure I'd fix it or get another used one, but if a tenant is unduly harsh and keeps breaking them, then they can buy their own.

Often you have the ability to check for previous fires, chemical issues and ambulance transports.

The chemical is quite dangerous so I recommend goggles, rubber gloves, and possibly even a respirator if you're in a small area... but it will melt off the wallpaper like nothing you could believe.
