Making promises, moving assets around, solving a problem really isn't investing, it's managing, being an entrepreneur not investing. 

The mentors that I got were all entrepreneurs.

You could double down on your entrepreneur journey and try to make it work, it will be nerve racking until you make it through.

For me as an entrepreneur multiple streams of income just seems like sensible diversification.Aside from RE, my oldest stream of income is from freelance writing.

A college education is in no way, shape, or form obsolete.Anyone who thinks he has it all figured out when he's 18 -- and this comes from someone who had it all figured out when he was 18 -- is a fool.Even if you think you're going to be an entrepreneur who will never apply for a job in his life (and good luck with that), you will still need a resume to impress lenders, investors, partners, etc.

I have been writing and following this topic since 2012 when it was simply The Entrepreneur Access To Capital Act:The Entrepreneur Access to Capital ActWith all of the work I have put in for over 5 years now I can assure you the effort would have been better spent doing more real estate deals.
