My name is Chris Mandrino and I live in the Oklahoma City area. I am new to investing and am very interested in Flips and holding property for rentals. I am currently a partner in 2 businesses in the Oklahoma City market. One company we take care of residential foreclosure properties which includes clean outs, securing, repairs and maintaining them as they go through the foreclosure process in 4 states. The other business we have a Kitchen and Bath showroom where we not only sell product we also design and complete remodels as well. I have always been interested in investing in real estate, but have never truly taken the plunge. I figure with my knowledge of construction and being able to buy product right, this would be the right time to jump in with both feet.

I will need plenty of guidance and when I saw this web site with other people in the very same situation I was excited. I will be glad to help in any way I can if someone needs help on rehab questions. Thank you all in advance.
