This works very well if you are involved with a business major.On the physical side, you can work for a painter, drywall, tile, or demo crew.  

I am a multi unit person and there is good demand but my demos have changed throughout the years.

Since I own both properties, I never had to worry about who owns the fence, and when I maintain the fence I just charge it to whichever property can use a bit more "expenses".Now that this fence is down after IRMA, I would like to see if insurance can help with covering some of the demo and rebuilt of the fence.

I also cross referenced with the tree contractors and the demo work done thus far would have costed me $1,000 which means that my tuition would cost me $1,000 (lesson learned).

Hi @Beda Yang , it definitely sounds like you've got the drive to be successful in anything you put your mind to.

It's in a rural area to weak suburban and low demo's.
