Hi, I am looking at a property that potentially needs to be demolished and replaced by a new construction. I am new to investing and I am trying to figure out what is the going rate for demolition and per sqft price for new construction in SF. Thank you all for your help, Valentine

Prices in peninsula around from 250 to 350 a sqft.
