IRMA kicked my fence down and sent two trees into my roof

Still dealing with the aftermath of IRMA here in South Florida, even though I have four large trees completely uprooted and caved into my house and my rentals, I am still counting my blessing the eye wall didn't come through here.

Question I have has to do with windstorm coverage for fences.

I have two properties on adjacent lots, both rentals.  Property A and B.  There is a fence along the property line between A and B.  Since I own both properties, I never had to worry about who owns the fence, and when I maintain the fence I just charge it to whichever property can use a bit more "expenses".

Now that this fence is down after IRMA, I would like to see if insurance can help with covering some of the demo and rebuilt of the fence.  However, do I file it with company A which covers property A or company B which covers property B?  I used to have them all with Citizens, but then the "takeover" insurances started and I have different companies now.

Should I file it with whichever property "owns" the fence - which is indeterminate.  Should I file it with who "uses" the fence - which is both.  Should I file it with which property has more damages - which makes it easier to satisfy the deductable?
