You laugh, and I know this is from Italy, but a hotel I know very well got broken into, several thousand euros taken, so they started down the line of cameras inside the hotel in the common areas.....until they discovered that there were all sorts of privacy laws in Italy, and official inspections and permits required and so forth.

You should be able to call the various utilities and obtain an average usage/cost estimate from them (they won't give you detailed information due to privacy regulations). 

A very LONG privacy fence should mostly solve the problem, but it could potentially bring rodents.

No access to the "Pro Only" forum, which allows you to ask questions in a bit more privacy from others who are also committed to being committed, if that makes sense.

Very easy and the tennant has a sense of privacy since they do not have to give out their SS# to you.

A short time later I sold the property for more than double the price I had paid.From an income standpoint, which I care most about; oddball units command the same rents as newer apartments, sometimes more because they generally offer more privacy.

I know its probably a bit overkill, but I enjoy my privacy.

One final note, continue emailing your investors bcc emails or use a service like aweber or icontact, since you want to respect the privacy of the people that you are emailing to.Andy Nathan
