I’m from SE NM and I found this site while googling info on rental loan information.

I’m a general contractor by day who is looking to expand my rental properties for retirement purposes. Mid 30’s dude with 2 adorable boys and a gorgeous wife. I work with my wife who is a designer and modular home dealer. In my previous careers I’ve sold jewelry, and was a land surveyor.

In my spare time, which is rare these days, I enjoy hunting, fishing, crafting random furniture my wife wants for her show houses or our home.

Looking forward to learning a lot, thanks all who have contributed to help a new guy.
