Also the Reason I think @Joey Noel mention the two different class because many states in the mid west have this ... you have your tax... then you have huge homeowner exemption that lowers your tax almost by 50% ... for instance Mississippi is this way.And there are other states.. this is one thing an investor needs to know because you may buy a property from a turn key or wholesaler and you look at the tax's and they are 800 a year your thinking yahtzee When you close and get your first years tax bill and its double because you don't get the homeowners exemption your miffed...

QB online you can only run 1 business with 1 subscription – QB Desktop, you can run several business but your accountant can’t access it via the web (if that’s important).I also drive a ton but just keep a pre-printed form from MS Excel that I track my mileage with.
