Path of least resistance type of thing eh?

I dont know why you guys resist spending $5 more per lock.

Essentially making it so that someone can't resist renting it.  

Their idea of business improvement is to switch to electric resistance heating (aka baseboards) and stick their tenants with $400 - $800 heating bills in the middle of winter.I love these landlords as they supply us with amazing tenants.  

I haven't done one in about 15 years so there maybe more stain resistant grouts available.  

If the financing does not materialize the seller mar have to follow eviction procedures, possibly foreclosure procedures, depending on how much the buyer resists, to get the building back.

I am feeling resistance to it since she already told me her renter insurance doesn't cover it and I should file with mine. - Are landlords legally liable for this even if it's clearly caused by tenant accidently, and given age of the tub? 

We would like to purchase the home ideally but we have run into resistance from both the agent and the owner.

Looking for Population growth, job growth, diversified employment (with a preference for recession resistant industries such as education, health and government jobs), and low housing vacancy in the market to name a few.

I personally think that Renatus' idea to market the education this way also gives them a terrible image problem, considering that I resisted the first opportunity to join because I checked up on Renatus online and concluded it was an MLM scam, and you can see that there are many who bring up the "MLM" label in regard to the education sales.
