Old fashion, driving around.

Call me old-fashioned but I firmly believe that you should lock in your own living expenses by buying a primary residence.

I  noted my experience in a balanced fashion summarizing the bad experience but including positive feedback about the host and the property.I got a msg my public review was deleted because it "didn’t have enough relevant information to help the Airbnb community make informed booking decisions."

There is a real estate meet up just about every night here in San Antonio in one fashion or another.  

We do have one tenant who is old-fashioned. 

In the meantime, I’m resigned to do it the old fashioned way.  

This is probably the safest route to what you're hoping to do.If you can take income in some other fashion given how your affairs are organized there is a whole host of other ways to get paid for the value you're offering. 

And have run my own business in a similar fashion always valuing my time, not just the money. 

I handle the security deposit in a similar fashion.

I don't see Morris turning over any money for the work that was never completed, but he's the one that was feeding his clients to Oceanpointe and getting paid in some fashion to do it.
