They were awesome roommates and we chose them after having a couple drinks with them at a local brewery since we met them through Craigslist.

For example, your tenant has people over for drinks, one gets wasted, falls in your tenants unit and gets hurt.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies that spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

It doesn't, however, seem like there are any mediums for networking outside of BP, so I'd like to see about getting all of my fellow Cheyenne, WY real estate yahoos together to do just that - shake hands, rub bellies, eat wings, drink beers, and of course, network.

Do you prefer battered women to ex drinks? 

We invited everyone over to our house to get to know them, sent out our rules and regulations to them, gave them our contact information, they met our kids and we had some drinks together...we have really considered their feelings along the way.The entire situation is frustrating. 

Just some food (or perhaps should I say drink) for thought.Also---Do you have enough electrical amps for the new unit, or will you have to buy another drop.Same with water pressure and volume.Good Luck!
