The meetings are free to attend except for one where purchase of dinner is required.  

I will then cold call from 2-5ish, and try to get more meetings for dinner/night time, or go to networking events later in the afternoons/nights. 

Especially, when someone is inquiring about their home during dinner time.

I tied up with an attorney and a stock broker to braoden the subject matter into estate planning issues.I have attended similar estate planning pitches that provided dinner.

I say that because, if you're anything like me, you have to work 10-12hrs a day at your day job, then fit in Wholesaling business between dinner and bedtime.

When you get a hold of that owner, you are not there to ask about buying their property, you are there to be humble, listen to their stories, listen to their advice, buy their dinner, etc.3.
