All the developments in and around Hyderabad are fetching so much of face value to the city with manifold advantages to the citizens living in all the directions.

Interested in investing in the Canadian market (due to being a citizen), but hearing a lot of negativity in previous forum posts saying Canada is dead for long term rentals?

I have had zero vacancy - because my tenants for a number of reasons. 1) my rents are below market 2) they are not legal citizens and don't want to deal with moving and finding a new place to live. 

Washington needs to build more public housing like California's Nickerson Gardens.Then they can manage it however they want vs. trying to tell American Citizens what to do with their private property.We have much more regulation than is needed already.

Assisting citizens in times of need and special situations is understandable.

An extreme example of when people lose common sense and have a fanatical ideology, (which sadly many of our fellow citizens do) is laws, contracts etc will not be enough to safe guard private property. 

I'm an overseas investor, but a US citizen.

She works for the Attorney General and I feel took advantage of my mother who is a senior citizen on welfare assistance in a very vulnerable time .  

@Rita Merlo  something else to think about; even if population of US Citizens decreases, it doesn't mean we won't open the borders up for more immigration in order to get the tax base back. 

Seems it takes a while for some citizens to understand that there actually is an argument to be made for having police and jailing criminals.
