Your design looks great but what could you add to make it pop even more. i.e. colorful wallpaper, a neon light for an Instagramable wall, etc.

So, we have two different things going on here:The first is the OP's query about how to fix the problem at hand (release of lien controlled by deceased creditor)The second is the best practices suggestions and the cautionary tale of woe that results from informal servicing arrangements.
