I have had VAs who only take notes, and you are constantly putting out fires.

@Vas BourasIf you're willing to put the home under your personal name and you bought it cash, you might be able to qualify for delayed financing.If you google delayed financing, you'll find a link to the Fannie Mae's site.

Again, talk to a mortgage broker, but I think you are clear to sail.Another interesting note about the VA, you are able to have multiple VAs at one time as long as your total loan amount on all outstanding VA loans is less than the limit; which, last I checked, was ~$417k.

We actually saved our VAs (we get two, one for each of us), until we ran out of investing money last year. 

A man has to work in order to produce wealth, there are few shortcuts, what you may need to learn is how to effectively manage your computer business, and perhaps delegate jobs to VAs, freelancers, or hire someone partime. 

It not only weeds out the lazy VAs but also sets a precedent for the type of work you expect.
