BRR Refinance Question

Hi BP Community,

Can any of you suggest a good mortgage lender that would refinance a property I bought in April so that I could have it under a 30 year mortgage?

Most banks prefer the Title be under our LLC for at least 6 months (understandable), it would be nice to do it sooner than September, but we are close anyway and I understand the process takes a while before we close.

I called Wells Fargo and they weren't much of a help.
