Some of the things that have transpired to this point:1) Surveying of the property has already been done, however the site still needs to be cleared and prepared  for development.2) Property has already been zoned for R4 (high density residential)3) Sewage/ Potable water to the site is already prepared for multi-unit development.4) Blueprints have already been developed and reviewed by one of the top developers in the area.5) Investor is primed and ready to see a proposal of all costs (where I come in at).6) Owner is a contractor and wants to reserve some subcontracting roles for himself.Some of the things that I am struggling with up to point is how do I come up with the figures to bring to the investor?

After 12 days trying to move it, nothing significant has transpired.

However, you should be out the earnest money you put in initially with the contract since you tied up this owner's property.This is what gives wholesalers a bad rep because they are not upfront with the owner as to who they are, what they do and how the deal transpires.

It’s only been 8 days since all of this transpired, and he left me alone for 4 days, but last night the “are you paying me this wknd” texts started up.

Many life events have transpired since the acquisition of our home and after only nine months, we're planning on moving out of state to pursue a more fulfilling life.

I had some pretty decent leads from before but only had a couple transpire too much.  

I have attended a handful of meetups but nothing ever transpired as far as lasting industry relationships - mostly due to my current position and inability to get into the game.
