Trying to find a "sauce for the goose...sauce for the gander" thing with IRS regs. 

There's no secret sauce that hasn't been disseminated on here already in bits and pieces over the years and very little has changed except some of the sharper marketing methods like @Sterling White uses such as (apologies if I butcher this, I heard it on your podcast episode and it blew me away) sending a rubik's cube and saying "let's solve this together" or something to that effect.

Plus they cook more, so cleaning the microwave and scrubbing sauce off of the coffee table.

personality traits/ habits.... the secret sauce behind the engine that makes your game run on wll cylinders... you get the point Do you have amazing drive but terrible focus?

I need to know how to finance rental purchases and still get a decent monthly rental income....what's the magic sauce.

it won't stop a multimillion dollar claim.if i am wrong please explain how your secret sauce never fail formula fixes these issues.I am not attacking you I am asking for an answer. 

HI @Jonathan TrimboliThat's a hard one and honestly it is every RE persons "Special Sauce" to their "Big Mac".

*Long post warning* It's interesting to see that many individuals only click on the "Success" stories, hoping to capture that energy, "Luck", and the secret sauce.
