Wholesale coaching advice
Hey BP, Anyone in the community familiar with Wholesaleinc.com? I am very interested in their program, and just had a consult call with them. I liked everything they said, right up until they told me their tuition fee is $5500.
My first impressions are that it will be worth it, but don’t have that money, so I would be charging it and paying it off over time (hopefully soon after I close my first deal).
Just looking for any insight from anyone familiar with their program or anyone who might have alternative coaching options to guide me through my first few deals.
Thanks a lot!
Matt

Everything you need or that they could teach you is here on BP in the forums or on the podcasts for free. $5500 is a nice couple rounds of marketing, don't give that kind of money away! Look up Cornelius Garland on here. I literally just last week went through two years worth of his posts and got a wholesaling education for free. There's no secret sauce that hasn't been disseminated on here already in bits and pieces over the years and very little has changed except some of the sharper marketing methods like @Sterling White uses such as (apologies if I butcher this, I heard it on your podcast episode and it blew me away) sending a rubik's cube and saying "let's solve this together" or something to that effect. Cornelius uses ringless voicemail and text messages instead of mailers. It's all here for you, just have to put in the time to sift a bit and pull out the nuggets!
