Are you prepared to differentiate between comfort pets and therapy animals? 

I am currently a physical therapist and I am planning in the future to do travel physical therapy around the United States.

(the reason for the separate company is because his current one is a Physical therapy clinic and we don't want all the eggs in one basket should something happen) I understand that this is a mix of legal and accounting type stuff but I'm looking to get pointed in the right direction!

Also, not sure if it matters but I have a LLC for my physical therapy practice; can I use this LLC within the SCIRA?

I am currently separating from the US Army and will be attending Physical Therapy School here in the PNW.

Anybody have experience with tenant proposing they get a dog for "medical" reasons? She knows there's a no dog policy and has been in the building a while. I do not allow dogs, and this dog she's proposing will not be...
