I was sent some docs as proof of rental income, but I'd like to know how accurate this is VS what airbnb fees are. 

For those of you that do an online application or furthermore just a simple "form" that is completed online, how do you go about acquiring and subsequently providing proof of obtaining such authorization without a signature?

They refuse to provide proof that the tenants who received the keys were even properly ID'd.

One pro of FL is that municipalities cannot enact new laws or change existing laws for rental terms, the state passed a law in 2014 to see to that.However, that does not stop some municipalities from regulating them as far as fees, inspections, and registrations. 

If they prove to be loyal I will give them a lower percentage for being loyal, but not accepting an "I will work with you forever" deal with no proof of concept or relationship.

In my state, you have to put the license on hold, and then before you can reactivate it, you have to show proof of completing 40 hours of CE. 

I have no proof of either of those things though so I'll have to do more digging.

What proof If any can I request from the tenant to prove this?
