SWFL We Have A ProblemA year and a half ago I sent an update with a warning that there were several factors that were potentially going to impact in SWFL real estate including immigration laws that were passed.

I talked with a property manager who handles properties in that area and she warned me that the typical time to rent was 2 to 3 months and the average length of stay was less than one year.

My warning there is to find a DST broker who is a real estate professional with a real estate investor's mindset. 

@Jessenia Hartage Most people on here are afraid of NYC and have certainly never been to Queens, so I would take the warnings with a grain of salt.  

It likely will not go well because you are way too late on this.If you were a tenant paying rent would you want to just get a letter from the new owner telling you to get out with no prior conversation or warning?

Give the tenant a written warning.

Hey everyone I wanted to warn you all of a predator & scammer who does all sorts of back end shady deala in multiple areas of real estate.His name is DJ Thielen and he always manages to scam everyone out of money.

I need it to work as a quadplex so moving forward, I would appreciate not getting warning posts about zoning.Should I rent it as 2 units and put people on the same lease but keep their residences separate with a door that can just stay locked or something?
