I have family members who I had a partnership with that ended years ago that is still a sore subject during the holidays.Have clearly written roles and responsibilities as to what each person in your partnership will do and will be responsible for and will have final authority on.

As a result, there are some very sore opinions about this town because people (mostly non-locals) have lost a lot of money there.This time it will be different.Internally, and what most people cite as the difference makers, are the massive investments in the Junction and historic 25th Street district, the new Temple, neighborhood improvement projects, very long-view rezoning, and strict development enforcement.

Please note that while cheaper approaches to the above exist, they stand out like a sore them and the majority of investors will see it as unprofessional and unworthy of investing, so I won’t discuss them here.So at a very minimum the potential syndicator must invest $37,500 before even having his first offering.

So, if you (your tenant living in the tiny house) don't have a dog that bites neighbors, or mental disorder that has you getting into fist fights with your neighbors (either would invoke the "direct threat" exception to the Fair Housing Act), you can basically do WHATEVER THE HELL YOU WANT, as long as it's "reasonable" to the DISABILITY involved.

I would recommend that book to everyone.The only part of the book that I questioned was his preference for sole proprietorships which stuck out like a sore thumb in the book.
