Specifically for Junior liens, its to see if they are paying the first lien or not, as well as the reason above.Ok that makes sense its funny though when I did foreclosure rescue before it became illegal in Or and Wa.. people almost always paid ont the second and were not paying on the first.. it was flip flopped.. but of course I don't play in this sand box.how do you run credit without authorization ???

the best deals are made within 24 to 72 hours of the sale.. when the owners are now resigned to the fact that their is no fairy god mother coming to the rescue and they will sign over the property.

Given that I've had a fair amount of experience in non-profits (volunteer rescue squad), it does line up with some of my thinking.

I don't really know what I am doing, though through search and rescue and obtaining private pilots license I did have to map coordinates and locate them.
