Do you always include them dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and range microwave?

For the most part the cost won't change based on the size of the home unless you are jumping up to a custom home with a Viking stove or something.So put together a package for stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave both in SS and not.

Hi folks,I just wanted to pick the brain of HVAC professionals out there regarding microwave vents for my rehab projects in Philadelphia, PA.I have one of my GC saying we need to install microwave (with auto fan) vent that run from the appliance to outside.

  (2k for cabinets - medium grade RTA, $700 for tops, 1,300 for install).4) 2k for appliances (stove, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge)5) 4k for bathroom (tub, surround, vanity, toilet)6) 5k in flooring.     900 sq ft carpet (1,800 - $2/sq ft using lowes whole home install deal), 400 sq ft tile (utility room, kitchen/dining, bathroom, and entry way) (3k).

Cost difference between 100 amp and 200 amp is pretty minimal and with a house of any size, especially one with an electric oven/stove, A/C, well pump, microwave, etc., you'll be waaay over circuit-wise what a 100 amp panel could legally handle.

I go through the place in details, check AC, WH, fridge, range, microwave, dishwasher, washer, dryer etc etc etc...Clean out trash, they always leave trash.Have to have the inside of the fridge cleaned, usually dried up leaks and drips.
