Are you looking to do more and similar flips?

Bit of a crossroads here, I'm hoping someone with a similar situation could chime in.  

I did get lot rate for a similar rural park that is about 40 miles away, and they charge $350 per month, which is decent. 

Similarly, My mother-in-law went to live in assisted living homes rather than us having a guest house in the backyard of our current home where we could have hired a nurse full time to be here with her to take care of her at our home.

My best recommendation would be to find someone who is doing something similar to what you hope to do in the space and have a coaching call or two.

Similarly, to get a Fannie Mae loan you need to have previously signed on a Fannie Mae loan.

I appreciate hearing other people's story similar to mine.

It costs the same amount to replace a roof or furnace whether the house is worth $300k or $30k (assuming a similar size).

Other cases have been similar where Airbnb does not payout the amount of the receipt.
