Legit?

Hey @Wesley Read It looks like it is legit back. 

They are legit and nice enough seasoned builders. 

I think you can report the company so the IRS will make sure his company is doing everything legit. 

Legit lender.. whether they have the terms your looking for or will do your deal is up to them.

What can be done to make sure that I do right by the seller and make this is a legit deal? 

They can pinpoint the issue and get your garage back in action fast.I found a local guy in Portland who seems legit: https://portlanddoorsandlocksguy.com/.

They did post pay stubs but I have no way of verifying what is legit and what is not.
