I get many questions from people asking if this is for overages or surplus funds and let them know it is not"(2) they imply you can be successful with only the knowledge they teach; this is not true, you need managerial and business skills and knowledge to a degree way beyond the scope of the “training” they provide.

That being said there are also bad deals in any area, here included.I would run your numbers based on historical data from airbnb - pretty easy to check on airdna or even just going in the airbnb app and seeing not only what nightly rates look like for certain properties but what their occupancy is - from there you can estimate monthly revenue with a reasonable degree of accuracy and see if that lines up with your targeted returns.

Adding 45 degree angled gusset supports 1', 2', or 3' (whatever doesn't protrude too much) out horizontally will stiffen it up.

We have 4 Bedrooms, so I didn't need to do a garage conversion, but instead went with a Star Wars themed game room.I put in a mini-split HVAC unit - it has been 110 degrees for the past 70 days.

So being that you seem set on going to college here's my advice,3 big thingswhile in college you can only do so muchwork part-time or intern with real estate agencies, property management companies, or real estate investors, which some colleges per degree may require an internship anyway.networkjoin campus real estate clubs and national organizations like the National Association of Realtors (NAR) or local real estate investment groups.

How do you set this function: I would like guests to be able to manually control the heat/ac, but would like the range of temperatures allowed be between 68 + 78 degrees.
