If drywall was un-primed and the acoustic material was infused (mixed) with latex paint, you can practically let gravity pull the 'popcorn' off once you wet the material.

The entire gravity, is for elevated real estate prices, at every turn. 

I live in Franklinton and watching that as well  as stage 2 I believe of the Gravity development has been incredible. 

And the current system keeps this "gravity" of capital going.

The flushing power is 10x that of a gravity fed flush.
